J\u2019ai moi-m\u00eame longtemps sous-investi le temps relationnel, trop focalis\u00e9e sur l\u2019atteinte des objectifs. Quelle erreur ! Il n\u2019y a pas de mobilisation durable d\u2019une \u00e9quipe sans un temps relationnel de qualit\u00e9 au quotidien.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udccc Ces 7 temps doivent \u00eatre pr\u00e9sents dans une semaine professionnelle type. Pas de r\u00e9partition id\u00e9ale : tout d\u00e9pend du poste et du contexte. Mais en prendre conscience, les sanctuariser dans l\u2019agenda et les ajuster au besoin, c\u2019est la cl\u00e9 d\u2019un management \u00e9quilibr\u00e9. \ud83c\udfaf L\u2019objectif : ma\u00eetriser, autant que possible, ses \u00e9ch\u00e9ances et son temps, pour ne pas subir et \u00e9viter de travailler constamment dans l\u2019urgence. Reprendre la main sur son agenda, c\u2019est gagner en performance, clart\u00e9 mentale et qualit\u00e9 relationnelle.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udca1 R\u00e9fl\u00e9chissez aussi \u00e0 comment optimiser certains temps. Et si vous repensiez votre organisation ? Exemple : pour transformer une partie du temps subi en temps contraint sans sacrifier votre disponibilit\u00e9, programmer des RDV socles : des cr\u00e9neaux pour des points courts non planifi\u00e9s (max 20 min) ou des \u00ab\u00a0office hours\u00a0\u00bb quotidiennes (max 60 min &#8211; porte ouverte \u00e0 toute question). Et vous, \u00e0 quelle dimension accordez-vous trop peu d\u2019attention\u00a0?
